KNEAD TO KNOW SOURDOUGH? JOIN ALONG IN AN INTIMATE 2.5-HOUR HANDS-ON SOURDOUGH CLASS WHERE YOU WILL LEARN THE BASIC TECHNIQUES TO MAKE SOURDOUGH AT HOME.

WHAT YOU NEED:
CAST IRON OR ENAMEL POT, LARGE ENOUGH TO BAKE A LOAF OF BREAD IN USING YOUR HOME OVEN
KITCHEN SCALE (10 lb max recommended)
PROBE THERMOMETER (optional but highly recommended)

THE CLASS WILL BEGIN WITH A “HOW TO” SCORE AND BAKE A FRESH LOAF OF BREAD TO EAT DURING THE CLASS.
